Schedule Project
We will assign a start date and order materials so your project can begin.

Construction Phase
From the time we break ground we will stay in touch with homeowner updates, including a periodic meeting with your project manager as construction progresses.

Punch List
We will schedule a final walkthrough. From there, you will sign closing documents and provide final payment.
Your project manager will stay in communication to ensure your project is complete down to the last detail.

Close Out
Once the punch list is complete, we will review your 1-year warranty guidelines.

If an issue should arise within the first year, our warranty coordinator will be happy to facilitate a resolution in a timely manner.
